We're an OOTP 21 quick start league just heading into the 2024 season.

We are going to upgrade to OOTP22 next season.

New GM's are required for the following teams:

Open teams:

- Baltimore
- Tampa Bay
- Cleveland
- Detroit
- Kansas City
- Oakland
- Miami

MUBL has GM's of all skill-levels and there's no pressure to export every sim. As always though participation is required for the overall health of the league so while we don't expect a 100% export rate you are expected to participate.

What you need to know about MUBL:

Generally speaking the league has a standard setup. As Commish I prefer to let OOTP systems handle things without much interference. This has positives and negatives but the only true way to ensure objectiveness is to let the game handle things. That means no councils and not a lot of special rules to keep track of.

GM Firing is ON. Owner goals are ON.

Injuries are Normal. NO delayed diagnosis.

Suspension frequency is LOW.

Scouting is ON.

Advanced Draftee Negotiations are ON (3 rounds).

20-80 Overall Ratings

Coaching System is DISABLED.

Player Morale/Team Chemistry is ON.

Aging speed is 0.9

3-Batter minimum rule has been DISABLED.

Universal DH.

Wildcard Series is 3 games.

Most other settings are default. Any changes to rules/settings were voted on by GM's and passed with at least a 67% majority.



In regards to rules there are a few. We limit contract extensions to 3 years of service time (or 27+) and year-to-year there cannot be a greater than 20% difference.

Newly signed/extended (arb excluded) players cannot be traded until July 1st.

20% buyout minimum on team options.
