New Historical User questions

Just downloaded iOOTP to my iPad, and started playing the 1948 season. Love it so far, but have the following questions.

How do I send players down to minors, and bring up players from minors? I'm managing the 1948 Brooklyn Dodgers, and a few players who were with them when the season started (Gil Hodges, Eddie Miksis) are listed on their minor league roster. I'd like to bring them up.

Do I have any control over other teams besides the one I'm managing? OOTP has put Hank Sauer on the New York Giants roster, and I'd like to trade him back to the Reds, where he belongs.

I seem to only be able to play the Brooklyn Dodgers games. Can I also play other teams' games? At the very least, how do I go back to a point where I can also enable the American League and manage a team there?

Don't use the iOOTP myself, but you'll likely get a much better and quicker response if you post these questions directly in the iOOTP Forum - iOOTP Baseball - OOTP Developments Forums

I wish I'd read this earlier... I go to mgr options and switch teams if I want to send a player back to an original team...
Then after the altering deed is done, I switch back.( thinking outside the box makes this app. More enjoyable...
