Allow users to hire mgrs & coaches from other teams
I would like to have an option where users can "talk" with other teams about hiring managers and coaches that are not available personnel. Example: the Cubs GM wants to hire Ryne Sandberg for manager, but he is currently bench coach for the Philadelphia Phillies. The user could ask the Phillies to grant permission to interview Sandberg. Philadelphia would then have the option to deny or allow the GM to hire Sandberg.

Good idea! i agree it would be a good addition.
Also having managers "choose" retirement instead of getting fired by the GM would be nice.

Are you saying that when a manager is no longer in the league, the chances are it was due to firing and not a voluntary exit? My manager just retired on me at the end of last season. We had just won our 2nd ever World Series in only 3 years. I assumed he wanted to go out on top. I'll have to pay more attention to why other managers are leaving the league.
