Weird bug, don't know what to call it. Stats coming from a game that never happened.

Stephen Strasburg was the pitcher during a game that crashed after 7 innings. I re-open the game to see that I can start the game from the point where the game crashed. I decide to just hit "Finish today". I check the box score and it's a completely new game, new pitchers, new score, new stats, but everyone kept their stats from the original incomplete game. We've only played 9 innings but my pitchers have thrown 16 total innings. We are 0-1 but I have 2 different starters with 1 game started. What happened, why, and can I fix it?

Do the player's pages themselves reflect the stats from the box score that are off, or is it just the boxscore itself that's the problem?

Yup. This same thing has happened to me about 4-5 times. I play out every game. When it crashes mid game it keeps the stats starts a new game and tears down the pitchers and keeps stats for two games.

Ive tried to disable the Out of Memory Auto Save feature but it wont stay on Disabled.

Notice Jose Ramirez and his two games on the same day. Also the screenshot with the boxscore obliterating my relief pitching. Marcus Stroman started the original 7/23 game pitching 6 1/3 innings. In addition if you add up the total runs given up in the pitching box score the 2nd game was 3-1 not 9-6.

Yeah, thats what happened to me. Just happened to me again, weird.

Has there been any fix to this? This has happened to me a few times - and in the season I'm playing right now, the two "extra games" have not only added stats, but the two extra games are in the standings as well!
I have seven games left in the season and I am supposed to be one game out (but I am 2 back because I have two extra losses).
It is infuriating.

The latest version I believe had a fix for resuming games in progress which could cause partial stats to show up.

The fix won't affect games which have already been subject to this, so there may be nothing to fix the version in progress that you have, but it should prevent it from happening going forward.
