Players legs not moving

I am running OOTP 20 Release 54

None my players in the game move thier legs when they run. Its like they are on skateboards.

Is there some setting that I need to change to fix this?

I have same issue except my batters don't swing either. Pitchers don't move...the ball just sort of launches out of nowhere. Animations are totally bugged in every way.

Most likely there is a problem with the animations loading. A few things to check for:
-Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date
-You may also need to re-install the game data. Off the entry screen for the game, click the settings button at the bottom, and the troubleshooting tab, one of the buttons there is "force game data re-installation". Try that.

If neither of those options work, let us know and we can look into it further. Also do let us know what machine you're running on (PC/Mac/Linux) and what OS version in case if there is a problem there.

Did you check the video card drivers as well?

Outdated drivers are most typically the problem for this sort of thing.

Yes drivers are up to date. Meanwhile BOTH my tickets haven't been answered not even once. Do you guys only check the forums for issues now? My last 3 tickets have gone unanswered. One was several months ago...the second was over a week and a half ago and the third was 2 or 3 days ago...
