In the articles I read, the reasoning is that he's relatively cheap, should do better getting out of the AL, and is locked in til 2021, I think.

I actually like the Archer move. And Kela! I don't know about this year but the Bucs could make a pretty decent play for a wild card next year.

Emphasis on why baseball loses viewers. I turn for a rare look @ SC & the Sox & Yanks (teams we are force fed every time they play) are in the top of the 8th. And it's 15 til midnight. How many want to commit 4+hrs for a regular season game?
