online league question

When someone firsts joins an online league can you get the initial league files from in the game or do you need to download and unzip them manually?

if the league uses the in-game online league thing then you can get the first file from in-game. if not the commish will need to create an initial file that includes the settings folder.

all the leagues Ive ever been in you get the league file from league website and unzip manually.
