Effect of opener on vs LHP/RHP
I tried running out a rotation with LHPs as followers to RHP relievers, but I noticed that my opponent's vs LHP lineup was used even though my opener was a RHP.
Does the AI ignore the handedness of the opener and instead use the handedness of the follower to determine the batting lineup for the game?

It is an option you can change in overall strategy. Towards the bottom on the right "If facing an opener".

The cheese is to not mark opener/follower, just set a starter with a low pitch count.
Just getting it out there so it hopefully gets addressed |

I had just tried that to see what would happen.. I put a RP in the starting spot with a low pitch count, and the AI used 6 relievers instead of the starter i had set as Long Relief/Emergency SP so I guess that didn't work well.
