Statistical output in a Pro/Rel world
Hi,
So I`ve set up a fictional English Baseball Association. There are three divisions, each with 10 teams When setting up stuff, I changed sabermatric player creation modifiers, to reflect the difference in player quality between the three divisions. Premier Division BA .550 Extra Base Hits .550 Home Runs .450 Walks .550 Strikeouts .550 Division One BA .450 Extra Base Hits .450 Home Runs .350 Walks .450 Strikeouts .450 Division Two BA .350 Extra Base Hits .350 Home Runs .250 Walks .350 Strikeouts .350 What I want is for each division to have the roughly same statistical output each year. And that`s where I don`t know what to do next I`ve toyed around with settings, such as 'Lock league total stats', Automatically adjust league total modifiers, and such. I`ve tried a lot of combinations of settings, but non are really giving me the results I want For instance, the Premier Division has the lowest BA, the Division One has a higher BA, and the Division Two has much higher BA. Also, there are loads of homeruns in Division Two, when compared to the other two divisions... Can someone help me out? Thanks |
