DH can't be a sub option on Depth Chart?

If I have a substitution option for my DH, why can't I use my main DH as a position substitution? My DH is my 4th outfielder and I'd like to sub him in every few games to give players rest.

You will probably need to use the 7 day lineups for that to work. I would like it if the Depth Chart was expanded on to allow more options too.
