Problems Opening OOTP 16
Hey guys,I'm trying to re-download OOTP 16 and whenever I finish the download, my HP (Envy) asks me what program I want to open the file with, then I'm unable to find a program that will open it and the download completely disappears from my download folder. Any advice?

What OS? I can only help with Windows.

The file you download should read ootpsetup16.exe. You can find it here. Since it is an executable you simply double click and it will start working. Follow instructions to install.

I never downloaded the Installer. I just got a brand new HP Windows and it's a lot different from my older one, so I'll give this a try and let you know the results.Thank you sir.

Excuse me for being dense. What file did you download and why?

Just confused as there is only one way to install the game AFAIK.

The game is downloaded, but now its telling me I am maxed out on licenses.

Did you use 2 licences? Did you release at least one before installing HP Windows whatever that is. If you are getting that message then the game is installed already.

PM Andreas or Jeff with your order number so they can release your licences.
