Green Monster

I noticed very few balls seem to hit Fenway Park's Green Monster. How can increase this? Thank you!

As far as I know wall heights in the Stadium data are entirely cosmetic and the percentage of extra-base hits off whatever outfield perimeter there is is hard-coded.
