Gauging Interest in a New 16 team fictional

I am starting a 16 team fictional league with HS and College Feeders. I am a former commissioner back in version 6.5, so I'm excited to run a league now that OOTP is very league friendly.

The new league will have actual ratings set to OFF, but potential ratings visible. This gives you at league some idea of the talent a player has, but not if they have reached it or if they are declining. Stars will also be disabled so relying on stats is going to be key.

Amateur draft will come completely from the feeder system, so players will have stats to use when drafting them.

3 Minor League levels

Sim Schedule will be fairly tame to make sure we get a chance to really learn the teams and the leagues. Looking at 7 or 10 day sims two days per week.

I am looking for owners who want to make this their primary league. Guys that want to be in it for the long haul.

There has been a lack of fictional start-ups lately. I have been looking for one that strikes my interest.

With the new version getting buzz and lurking on the horizon, I don't know if the timing is good to attract 16 people or not but I'll check yours out if you go through with it.
