Teams refusing to trade players

I have noticed times when you try to add a player to a trade and you will receive a message saying that the team will not discuss trading a certain player. If you then click into the players profile and choose > Action > Make trade offer, you are then able to trade for that player. Seems like that might be a bug of some sorts.

Another bug is when I was playing the Maple Leafs, I tried trading Reimer and it said I couldn't because the leafs don't want to trade him. Weird, I AM the Leafs Manager and I want to trade him! Maybe it has something to do with a no trade clause.

Reimer doesn't have a NTC.
