Team Report Page - Editing Template

I have had previous success editing some template files to get a look that I was hoping for.

I was looking around at some league reports today and became interested in potentially changing up the look of my team reports pages.

I found the template file this is all associated with: team_report_page.tpl

Unfortunately, it appears this file is locked from any editing. When I attempted to create a new text file and paste the original code into the new file, the layout of this new file seems off though. Line spacing/placement of the right-hand boxes is not pasting correctly.

Has anyone had prior experience editing this page?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
