Good job on the game guys! Thanks for the effort!

I haven't played any other OOTP games, but i have played a lot of Soccer management games and a small little hockey manager game called WHM - World Hockey Manager. It was not as complex as this game, but the interface was nice and had a few neat little features and I could play multiple seasons pretty quickly without losing sleep or forgetting to eat!

I played the game late last night so I may have missed this if it is included ...one thing I think would be cool is to have a Management stats screen for your progress. Track each year, the team you managed, the teams record, some other stats perhaps , playoff record and if you won the cup. It could also display any signings, trades or draft picks you made each year so you can track later on where those guys went or what no name kid you picked up and is now a star. Also I guess anything memorable, records broken like a winning streak, or a player won the scoring title... etc.

so something like:
Year Team Reg Season Place Playoffs Cup
2013 NYR 26-10-5 1st 10-2-4 (mini cup pic here)
2014 NYR..........
2015 MTL.......

When your team is going to play a game perhaps have a pop up screen giving a choice to simulate or coach it. And after the game always display the box score, or give us the choice to have it do that.
