Problem with ECHL line-up - can't proceed.
So I can't continue my ECHL game due to too many active players (21/20). The problem is if I try to remove one of them, then I do not have enough players under 26. As you can see in the screen shot, I have 7 players over 26 that are not under my contract so I cannot remove them. So if you do the math, if 7 of the 20 spots are taken by other contracts are all over 26, I would never be able to meet the minimum 14 players under 26 threshold. I cannot proceed with the game. Please advise.
Not sure if it's possible, but there should probably be some sort of coding in ECHL where only a maximum 6 of the 20 spots could be taken by other contracts (i.e. AHL) so that I can always ensure minimum 14 players under 26 years old. |

I had a similar report on the Steam boards, it looks like the AHL teams are signing an excessive number of players and that's putting their ECHL affiliates into difficult roster situations when they send them down. We'll be taking a look at why that's happening, but the simplest solution for now is to just edit some of the AHL-contracted players to free agency, although it may be necessary to do it repeatedly if they keep signing and sending down older players.
