2020-21 Season Schedule Issues

Recently, when I got to July 1st, 2020 in a historical sim, I was greeted with the error that nobody in the league had a schedule. This save has been going on since 1979, and I tried to identify if there was a file that I could add or replace to fix the issue, however, nothing I did was able to fix the issue. Additionally, I am in commissioner mode, and cannot access the structure tab to generate a new schedule. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated, I want to continue playing on this file if possible!

Are you sure you're in commissioner mode? If it's July 1 and commissioner mode is on, the structure tab should be selectable. If it's not, please upload that save (instructions here) and I'll try to see what's wrong.
