NHL draft issues Historical game.

Doing a draft in 1988, By the 10th round no players are left to draft from, but show the AI picking Soviet players, I cannot see any or draft them.

When I proceed to let the AI draft, they are drafting Soviet players. But I cannot see them or draft any myself.

Hmm, thought we'd fixed that, but it still appears to be happening in in 88 and 89, the last couple of Iron Curtain years. We'll check that again.
