You obviously think this site is run solely for your benefit. If Scott thinks the pictures he posted represent an upgrade on your distorted images I am sure he reflects the views of everybody else on this thread.

Because the question was asked publicly, I'll respond in public with what I have already described privately:

First as it relates to Stallcup...the more detail in the photo, the longer and more difficult the colorization process. A head shot, like the two Stallcup portraits I provided, will take a small fraction of the time to colorize compared to a noisy, full-length posed action shot with several shadowed areas. Knowing that you prefer not to use shoulder-up portraits, I also provided the full-length Stallcup in case Ortforshort has the time available to do a full-length colorization. I suggested that image because it's clearer, with a more favorable lighting source (shadows also require additional colorizing attention). If Ortforshort were to spend time doing a full-length colorization, this image may take less time than the image originally provided.

Next, the Mails and Hetki images...both of the provided images were "squished." You cropped the picture, but then re-sized the photo in a way that did not maintain the proper aspect ratio. Those images are no longer accurate representations of the players, so I offered "un-squished" versions.

When I see a low-quality photo (pixelated, noisy, improper aspect ratio or simply lower resolution when I higher resolution version is available), no matter who posts it, I provide an upgrade if I have one available. None of UK's posts fit those criteria. All of the images he posted are clear, as crisp as possible, large-format where available, and in the correct aspect ratio. There is absolutely no reason for me to offer alternatives to his posts.

You know, this one might actually be tougher to colorize due to his glasses, but it does appear to be clearer than the BB-BD image and I recently used it to upgrade the Tucker photo in the Facepack, so I thought I'd share it anyway.
