Budget and Cap Finance Questions
My Finances screen says I have $95 mil Budget and $98 mil in Player Payroll.
My Finances->Salary Obligations screen says I have $88 mil in Salary Obligations. My Finances->Cap Obligations screen says I have $88 mil in Cap Obligations. When I try to sign a FA I am rejected because I am over Budget. I cannot find the $10 million in Player Salary that the game says I am paying. Can someone explain to me how the Player Payroll number in the Finances screen is determined?

Did this get moved or did I post in the Bugs forum? I thought I posted in the General Forums.
Started a 2019-2020 game, played the season as the Blues and I am in the post season.

I moved it but it should have left a redirect. Not sure why it didn't. With the information you cut off on your screens, it's tough to tell.
Do you have any other players offered contracts? |

I think all offered contracts are signed.
I will check. Is there anyplace else to check? All of my Draftee offers are signed.

Two-way salaries aren't being calculated correctly by the salary obligations screen right now, we're going to change that. We may also need to make some adjustments to the way they affect the payroll amount, but I want to test the other change first.

Posted a similar issue earlier this week. https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=310278
Will keep an eye on this thread as well, hopefully the issue gets resolved soon.

Looks like the fix is working correctly so far in testing.
