Suggestion: Scouting Priority Enhancements

I think we need more granular controls on our scouting priorities. For example, what if I only want to scout amateurs from specific colleges? Or what if I only want to scout the draft pools? Or what if I want the priority to be international (I know you can choose specific countries)?

I think with the advent of the new scout system the same model as team needs in the trade area is not adequate to help with the unreliability of incoming report cycles etc...

Thoughts?

Simply go to scouting and up the % of budget set on international.

If you don't have feeder leagues there is no way to do this. OOTP doesn't sim college leagues unless you have feeders. When newgens are created they simply have a random college, JC, or high school assigned and stats assigned consistent with ability.

Haven't got to my first draft yet but...

Can't you just mass select the draft pool players, right click, and request scouting report? Or of course pick and choose which ones you want?

If not I think you could mass select, put them on a shortlist, and request report from there.
