Missing one of your cards? Check here!

Under some circumstances it may happen that a player you bought / won in an auction / pulled from a pack may disappear after the latest league file got downloaded.

To fix this, go to the Main Menu -> Manage Cards, the missing player(s) will be listed there as inactive (if not, restart OOTP, then they will be). Click on "activate" next to them, that will place them on your reserve roster. Then submit your team.

I did the manage card and even restarted the game and my card is still not there? It was a card that was quite expensive and The only one sold at that time. I have a transaction history for the card and screen shots of the card in my inventory,but when I woke up today the card is not anywhere on my team? Thanks

I just had this happen. My 6k is gone and no card either active or inactive after completely restarting OOTP.

Here is my purchase from 12:01pm CDT and I got no card.

Can you guys look into this?

Thanks, in the future I'll try and not buy right as the sims are happening. In this case, I was so busy on the AH I didn't notice the game was simming.

I would say to exit the game, then restart and log back in to make sure things get updated. Please update me on whether or not you find it.

Thanks Mark yeah rebooting the game fixed it

Hello hell_stormz12,

Note that in the 2nd picture, you have the filter set to non-live cards. Thats why Trout and Mookie arent showing up. Hopefully thats all it was. If not please let me know and I will be happy to investigate further.

No that did not work. The reason I set it to that was to have only non live cards on screen since it is a non live card. I have tried everything to get that card back even reinstalling the game and nothing
