Quick Start Email Not Working

When I send my quick start email to the other GM's in my online league I get an error message. "Error: could not open archive file"

Searched high and low online as to why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you copy the entire email, not just the code.

If you're doing that, make sure you can get to the league file through the http path. Note that even if it is set to use FTP only, it will still use that path. And that testing the download file setting on the setup screen doesn't actually test the ability to download the file.
