Bronze Tourney Kicks All Above Off Parent Roster

In Iota Zeta, Lilliputia Anklebiters,

was in Bronze setting up my lineup for a Bo5 tourney when I was offered a download of latest game, it was weird because the league wasn't active yet (so, the parent club?), and when I hit it, I downloaded a game of my parent team, but with all its Silver and Golds kicked off roster (for two weeks, natch).

I think the same happened to me. Lots of inactivated cards, all above Bronze level. Luckily this happened in the entry league for me, but this is potentially season-ruining otherwise.
I see some other bug reports on the first page dealing with card swaps... wonder if they´re all related?
