Waiver Question
Hi guys, a couple questions -
1. I have a player who was claimed on waivers by another team. How do i initiate trade discussions, or resolve this? 2. How do I view other players on waivers from other teams and put claims in? |

1. If it's irrevocable waivers, you can't. He's gone.
2. In previous versions you go to the League Screen and there's a report. May not be the same in 21 but you can try until someone more informed than me responds. |

Worth noting that I think waivers are revocable if no claim has been made on the player yet.
What puzzles me is that if your waiver claim of another team's player is rejected, the text box you get says that one of the possible causes of that is the other team pulling the player off of waivers. Which I know USED to be the case in MLB, with its three (I think) different "kinds" of waivers (revocable, irrevocable, trade) -- revocable and trade waiver players could be pulled back if a claim was made on them. But MLB has changed their system, I think? Anyway, I don't see any way in which you can revoke waivers on a CLAIMED player in OOTP. You can revoke waivers on an unclaimed player.... but there's no way to pull a claimed player back, yet the game itself implies that other teams can. Curious.... |
