fiction league

I have seen guys say they have created long nd hard to develop a fiction type league, so once they do this create all teams ect and it is all created, how do they ply the game, yea they can sim the games but how do they continue plying the game?

Same way you play any other type game you create; "anyway you want".

I'm curious how the guyw that create these leagues do it? do they pr3fer just to be the commissioner? or do they take control one of the teams nd if so howso? i have found a few ways to play but there may be ways i may of not thought of that I may prefer

Most of the time I'm just the Commissioner in my fictional leagues. In the past I've come down from the mountaintop and played GM for a season or two. Never really cared about managing. If I'm GM I always leave the day-to-day stuff regarding the squad to the Manager. That's his job not mine. You can set it up to where you can be GM of every team in the league but on the surface that would appear to take up too much time.
