Just had to break the old fourth wall for a bit, as we're now entering new territory past the point where I did any pre-testing and with a few new features being introduced I'm just hoping it all holds together as it has up to this point.

The new MLB rookies look to have come through AOK to their IRL historical clubs, which was my biggest concern.

Furthermore, a smattering of new fictional FAs have also come into the universe and are seeking salaries commensurate with their respective talents. That means the top guys should go to MLB clubs, with a few sneaking through to the bigger MSL franchises and the rest ended up wherever they are needed. Perfect!

IAFAs are problematic and I'll be keeping close watch on these as I'm feeling like they might just be too much like hard work in this setup.

I'm going to leave the Revenue Sharing and Luxury Tax settings at the lower level until hopefully Build 76 fixes up the various problems 75 created in trying to fix the pre-existing issues. Once it's been accepted that these are now in order I'll increase them incrementally with the end goal their original IRL settings.

I'm going to tick S/T injuries up from OOTP Classic to Modern Day for '71 and see if that gives us a bit more in the way of player and roster management challenges.

OK well, fingers crossed, everything is as it should be or thereabouts. This is such a fun way to play, I thoroughly recommend it to anyone patient enough to try it (it is challenging, no doubt).

Onto 1971 we go!

Thanks man! Not sure your boys are quite where they want to be. Tanaka-san looks a beauty and you've got a great leadoff guy in Myers, but the pitching looks iffy and there's not much in the pantry. We shall see.
