3D Wide Mode--I think I am in Love!

Click the button next to 3d view on the ballpark screen during the game to get to wide mode. Holy Smokes!!!!

You can also go to the park page and adjust camera angles if you want a slight edit.

You guys should have totally made them all into different chess pieces for each position! How cool would that be?

Only question is, what position would be the queen? The DH?

The Queen piece would be used for the full Angels roster.

Wide angle in 3D is the way to go.

Also being able to see out of town scores and other various nitty gritty details is a VERY nice touch as well.

Silviam a few years ago made some ballparks from sketchup.......Two are historical,,,Seals Park and Shibe Park...along with about 10 other fictional ballparks......Happy to say they work fine in the new game.....They are on the 3d mods page......

Yeah! I finally am able to play with the early release, and this is exactly what I wanted. This solidifies the OOTP experience for me. Excellent work guys!!!

I played one game and loved the graphics but did not use the wide angle so that looks even better.

I hate to be greedy but can u easily install real ballparks.

Wide angle is neat.. but I too much is missing with the widgets so I'm back to non full screen. Love the little pawns though!

Damnit, I'd just put OOTP down for the night. How did I miss this?! Have to go back and look now!

Edit: Worth it!

Love this mode as well, though I am hiding the PBP right now so it doesn't take away from the action when I peak at the result. If I could ask for/change one thing here it would be to have the PBP display after the 3d result, then pop up like it was being described to a radio audience after the announcer witnessed it.

Honestly I'd love the ability to just remove the PBP all together and just follow the game with the 3D models.
