Association playoffs

I've never been able to get the association playoffs right, except to merely invite one team from each association; if I try to invite multiple teams, the game crashes. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? And if so, will it get fixed in 14?

This should work flawless in OOTP 13 already, there were a few bugs fixed in the released patches. So, if you still experience this, please PM me and upload the league files to our FTP support site.

Just thought I'd ask. Would it be possible in the future to give each league in the association different qualification standards to the playoffs. As current they have to have the same one.
