Player Database

No idea if that was fixed this year (won't know untill friday), but if it wasn't would it be too much work to correct the player database when you use the minor league.

Often players are loaded two times from the database... one with the full ML history and one with the full minor history. Could it be possible to check and combine each of them with the complete history (major and minor league).

BTW this happen when you play an 19th century simulation... I haven't notice it after 1901.

If it's fixed just ignore my post, but I know the problem was there before last year version too.

the database gets corrected when a specific player challenge is pointed out.

generic vague comments are not useful for finding specific challenges

btw 51 such challenges all after 1901 were fixed last week. that is why specifics are needed.

You mean I must do a list with all the players? Do you need the name or the historical id? I'll build a list as I'll encounter them and post it in the Historical database issues sticky thread...

Weird that no one reported them in two years... guess we, 19th century simulators, are lazy

BTW I suppose it's ok to report them this week even if I play with OOTP 19?

if the name is like bob smith or something common then an id would be great

otherwise just a name and year.

thanks
