I keep getting an error Active Content Removed on the page - have issues with all kinds of non-secure sites - any way to fix this? I can see the input stuff on the right side of the page but can't actually interact with anything and don't have a jersey image.

I bet you imported an image and then tried making it larger, right? The javascript library the site uses does a terrible job of that. It's fine when you try to make an image smaller, it's just upscaling where you see that.

Resizing images is part of what that button does, so if it has to make it larger, that will happen.

eriqjaffe,

Thank you for all the help you give our OOTPB Community.

I am an old stick-in-the-mud and not very literate with computers, software and technology.

Sorry, to say, I have never used your jersey and cap software... I kind of got a little proficient with justafan's and have stuck with it... but I can only do basic logos, jerseys and caps... they are mediocre to average at best... my fault, not justafan's software.

What it has come to, is that I just use logos, jerseys and caps that the good graphics gurus post here on the Graphics Forum... I have to use their team names and nicknames, but it has worked out well.

But I would like to try yours... I think you said you can do more things with yours.

Any words of wisdom and advice?

eriqjaffe,

Does your software already include sports fonts?... or do I have to download the fonts and install them in Microsoft fonts?

I only have access to block lettering in Microsoft... no script fonts.

Honestly, justafan's software is more flexible, mine just has the advantage of working on any computer (or even, theoretically, a tablet or phone). I can't really give you any advice other than play around with it and see what you can do!

CapMaker and JerseyMaker come with a built-in collection of fonts. Unfortunately you're limited to those as there is no way of accessing the fonts installed on the end-user's computer since that way lies security madness.

I just wanted to say that I love this jersey maker. I was certain that I would never make my own jerseys. I used to scour the forums to find things that would work for my teams and find things that worked but maybe weren’t always exactly what I was looking for. The more I okay around with this, the more I’m enjoying the game as a whole. Thanks for making this.

Just to add to the chorus already, but this thing is awesome.

Finally made the jump to an online league and wanted to give the team I was taking over a rebrand since we are under new management. This tool was great and super easy to make that happen.

I can no longer connect to the site. I always get an "unable to connect" error message.

Strange. I just checked it and it works perfectly for me.

Stating it works for you doesn't address the problem.

But given that it works for multiple other people (myself included on multiple computers) that implies that the problem might be on your end. Have you tried using a different browser?

Yes, I tired Firefox, IE, and Chrome. The message is that of a connection problem.

Not sure what to tell you off-hand, then. Do any of the browsers give you a numerical error code, like 500 or 404?
