We just finished the first season and will be starting the off season tomorrow night. We currently have two teams open:

The Toronto Blue Jays were 98-64 and won the AL East. They are in great shape financially, have their team in tact and can be an easy manage for a new owner.

The Baltimore Orioles were 78-84 but have their team in tact. They are sound financially but can be a decent team in a few years.

The Detroit Tigers have become open. They are having a decent year at 47-40 at the break and just 7.5 back. They are in healthy financial position and the 24th best minor league system.

With our 2nd off season approaching the annual roll call opened up a few teams. We are currently in the playoffs but will be advancing to the off season next week. The available teams are:

Miami (72-90) - 11th best minor league system
$120 mil budget, $87 mil payroll
They are out from under the Stanton contract with some promising players to build around. The only players that need resigned before free agency is 3 aging relief pitchers.

The Rays filled quickly but I have the Athletics open and potentially another team. The A's are in a rebuild but very healthy financially and the #12 minor league system in the league. Same deal, let me know if you would be interested. We start the draft and regular season tomorrow and feature both Live sims and StatsPlus.
