Is there a way to start season at conclusion of 2023 World Series

Getting itchy to play some OOTP and I am thinking of a start at the conclusion of the 2023 season.
I'd manage the Cardinals and avoid some of the stupid free agent signings (Lynn and Gibson) which have not done much to upgrade the mess they were in 2023.
Is there a way to do this?

You should be able to do a live start. The live start date would be the first day after the world series ended.

Tried it. Live start begins season on Jan. 4 (today).

Iv'e tried it and get November 30 and Margot still on the Rays.

I reckon you clicked past the instructions on how to start on a particular date (advanced options under a Custom Game). See attached on how to start on 2 November.

The transaction list provided by the third-party for transaction during the 2023 season cuts off at a certain point.

yes knew that but person said he got start with today's date.

Landsdowne's suggestion enabled me to start the season the day after the World Series concluded.
Didn't know that option was available.
