Catcher input in the mound visit dialogue box

During a mound visit, when the pitcher says "I'm perfectly fine, let me pitch please!", etc. Well, we all know that pitchers are full of BS.
How about, in addition to the pitcher's dialogue, we get the real story from the catcher:

"Not really, this guy can't find the plate"
"He just doesn't have it tonight"
"I'm sick of having to block these 57 foot curveballs"

That way, when the pitcher gives you the happy horse-crap line about his condition, you get the real deal from his catcher.

Manager should be able to motivate the player verbally.

I agree with catcher input. Not that the manager can't motivate the pitcher, but just see what the catcher has to say and get his two cents.
