Sim/Lineup Change
How do I get my lineup and rotation to quit changing when I sim ahead a week or two. I set a certain guy for closer or position and when I look it is reset back to the original setting.
What am I doing wrong? |

I think all this has to be allowed in order to prevent the game from crashing. You can exert more control over the AI in two ways.
Even with these settings the AI will use an alternative batting lineup (order) if the opponents SP changes from R to L or back. Relief pitcher use outside of the designated closer is usually all AI all the time. Using 7-day lineups will lock in your SP almost 100%. That's a long way of saying that a 7-day sim is about all you can control to a high degree. That's how I run my league.

ok I will give that a try. I have a five star closer that I got and they keep moving him into the MR position and he keeps getting angry.
Thanks for the help! |
