Couple of suggestions
Hi guys,
I'm relatively new to this game ( been playing for about 2 years ) and there's two things that I think are relatively simple to implement in the game that would make the game a little bit better :
The first one is when I'm looking at fielding statistics, I would like to be able to filter them with something like innings played, total chances, total putouts or something like that. There's a bunch of filters possible for batting and pitching stats, such as plate appearances and inning pitched but none for fielding stats. Right now, if I want to look at the best fielders in the game and rank them by defensive efficiency, I have to go through all these random players who have only played 1 or 2 games..
The second one is to have a page where you can sort teams by stats, such as home runs, hits, stolen bases, ERA, strikeouts, etc..Currently in rankings you can see how much home runs every teams have for example, but there's no way to sort them. I used to play a lot of NHL games and even in NHL 2004 or something like that it was possible, so this should be too hard to do.
The last thing I would like to propose, although this one could be a little more challenging, is to modify the contract negotiations a bit. I would like the players to tell me how much it would take to sign them for a year versus 5 years versus 7 years, etc.. Right now players give you a number that they want for a year, but you have to guess what it takes for them to sign for longer than that. Would be cool if the player would say for example, for a year I want 5M but for 5 years it will take 40M and for 10 years I need 80M, with a different numbers for every years depending on the situation ( like if the player in question is getting old, if he's still under control of the team for x amount of years, etc.. )
Thank you and continue doing your good jobs, I love the game !!
