Something like this one.
Action shots are a little harder to work with, needs to be pretty much straight on to get it to look decent.
If you post the pics you have I could try but chances are it would likely be a downgrade on the existing facegen.

Here are about 400 or so Facegens I have done since last year, starting out with the Mini Facegen Pack thread.

Visit that thread to see the lists of players included. Feel free to add these into larger packs. I'm always taking requests in the Mini Facegen Pack thread. I may switch to this one if you'd all prefer.

Nice work.
One suggestion, if I may, from what I've found play around with some of the color sliders or the caricature sliders.
Some pictures make the facegens look a little ghosty.

Have you updated your file to include all the updates?
There's a bunch still to do, all minor leaguers if you would like to lend a hand.

Yep, includes my recent updates!

And yeah, I'm still working on the coloration kinks. One of the oddest things I've found is that plenty of Facegens will look fine in the program but will look completely different (either coloration or straight-up off) in the game.

Sometimes the lighting on pictures is bad but it's the best you can work with. Do you have any tips for adjusting the lighting in the parts of the pictures that need it? I use Photoshop to fix "liptooth" but I'm not sure how to fix lighting issues.

Tnarg's suggestion above of using the color and shape caricature sliders is right on. You'll find them under the Generate tab > All races section. Sliding the cariacture S/C sliders up into the 'typical' or 'attractive' range will almost always immediately fix any major color/lighting issues. If some still remain, play around with the other sliders on the same page.

To fix the lipteeth, photoshop isn't needed. Usually just going to the Shape tab and moving the Mouth - Lips thin/thick slider to the left as far as needed will fix the lipteeth.

On that note, gurus: What are your methods for making facial hair appear more evenly in facegens?

Sometimes lighting will cut out half of a goatee, and I've noticed that full beards don't tend to transfer well to facegen (it usually just turns into a goatee)...

I can't find anything recent for Gausman and his glasses. The quality of the facegen he has now is too great to give up for a lower quality one with glasses. I'm still on the hunt!
