Unhappy with role?

Any idea why this guy is unhappy with his role? He's my starting second baseman with well over 600 plate appearances. His expectation is "in starting lineup", which he definitely is. My only thought is he wants to be in the middle of the batting order and I've got him leading off, but if that wasn't the case wouldn't it say that as his expectation?

Perhaps he wants to play a different position ?? I think this role part is done at beginning of season as I do not see them change until off season. Not saying it doesn't happen while in season just never seen it occur as yet. I also noticed this was his first full season in the bigs. BTW was he a starting 2B in the minors as well??

Perhaps he has the good taste to want to play on a team other than the Cubs

Maybe perhaps his place in the lineup?

If it only updates during the offseason, that would explain it. He was in the minors most of last year. I had a veteran second baseman that I traded at the deadline to make room for him. He ended up the World Series MVP. I'm pretty sure I've seen role morale change during the season, but it may have been in prior versions. I think I've seen it change instantly when you call a player up from the minors.

He was the starting second baseman in the minors as well.

It's the offseason now and his "role on team" morale has gone to normal, so maybe it does wait until the offseason to adjust it.
