Counter Culture Baseball: A New Fast-Sim, Historical League Starting in 1961
Counter Culture Baseball is a new fast-sim, historical league starting in 1961, using modern financials in order to re-create history, one season at a time. The league is fast-sim, so we sim approximately one month at a time, allowing us to get through a season in about two weeks. With the dearth of historical leagues and my roots as a co-commissioner of the CDL back when we were running leagues on OOTP 3, I wanted to bring a fast-sim, historical league to live. The league is still moving into the website, but after a few weeks of set up, I feel we are ready to open up to prospective new members.

We have two openings, the Kansas City Athletics and the Minnesota Twins. Opening Day is next Tuesday and there is still plenty of time to join and make your protections.

The Twins are gone and only the Kansas City Athletics remain.
There might even be some flexibility on the location/name of the team for the right, future Charlie O. Finley. |
