Manager/Coach ratings
I have tried looking in the context-sensitive help, but maybe I'm not looking in the right spot...
Hiring managers for my DSL team, which starts with vacant pitching and hitting coaches. I am not sure what to make of the order of the ratings, though, which I don't see described well... Unknown, Inexperienced, Fair all appear in red, and must be the lowest (as makes sense), but in what order? Unkown is worst and Fair is best (of the red category), I assume? It gets even more murky with the yellow ratings: Decent, OK, Average. I have no idea which is better; they all seem like middle-of-the-road rankings to me. Of course the green ones are best, but again, in what order? Should I prefer a "Decent" rating over an "Average" rating? Or vice versa? |

Use the sort button on that column and the hierarchy will be easily revealed.

I often have to open my notes on this, myself:
Coach-Scout Ratings Scale The coach-scout ratings range like this from best to worse: Legendary Excellent Good Decent Average OK Fair Inexperienced Unknown

Thank you! Especially important for my Dominican League team, not going to get a great manager to accept that spot...so I was looking at OK/Decent/Average and not sure. Very helpful!
I do wish that section allowed sorting managers by rating; I didn't see a way to do that. Sam |

Hmmm...I don't show that final column...maybe it is because I am playing on a laptop which has lower screen resolution than a standard desktop or a high-res laptop? That would be too easy if I could see that!

Laptop's resolutions should still enable you to see all the columns, even if the entire phrase isn't displayed, the column should be there. If for some reason it isn't (still don't know why that'd be), check and see if you have a filter set or something that's either adding or not showing certain info under the Filter dropdown tab. Did I say that right, Bru? You trying to push my . . . . . buttons?

butsam, I bet it's as simple as, you don't have coach ratings in your view. I arbitrarily cut off the rest of the display in my screen print - they all will display fine but you need to select Coach Ratings in View instead of Default:
