Multiple Commissioner question

I have a question im hoping one of you can answer. I'm in an online league and it has multiple online commissioners. Only one commissioner runs the sim. My questions is this, is it possible for a commissioner to alter a players in the editor then export his team file and have those attributes stay for the commissioner that runs the sim? or is it more likely the guy runs year long sims and see which prospects prosper and which ones tank?

Yes it is possible. If a person has Commissioner powers they can change almost any element in the game. Their changes will remain in an export and subsequent sim.

I have a related question. What is the best method when two commissioners are running league and one is handling main league files and admin and another is assisting with logos, caps, uniforms stadiums etc.

Is there a way with commish rights to just push graphics to file before main file is sent out to teams?
