Urgent issue with game file

I have been managing the same team since 2015, and today I hope to save the game file. My computer has been having issues (OOTP crashing, blue screen of death at times) and today I had another crash in the middle of playing OOTP. My computer blue screened and when I turned it back on, I loaded up OOTP again, eager to play since I am at yet another trade deadline. But when the game launched, the option to "Continue Game" was grayed out. I went to load a file and it said that there were no league files on my computer. In file explorer, I can still find all the files to the league that I was playing, all timestamped at the time that my computer crashed.

I emailed the devs, but I figured I'd post on here in the meantime while I wait for a response.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to save this file!!
