Full Database of Players with OPS & FIP Calculations

*****THIS DATABASE WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATED - DKS 3/11/19*****

Now that the final cards have been released and OOTP XX is upon us, I've decided to go ahead and post my player database. It's accessible at the link below and is mostly complete, except for a small handful of batters and starters, plus a decent chunk of SP as RP (if you didn't already know, their Stuff changes). If you can contribute any of the missing players listed in the first reply to this post, I'll update the database.

OOTP19 Perfect Team Player Database

NOTES:
  • There are 3 tabs: batters, starting pitchers, and relief pitchers. The RP tab includes SP converted to RP. Batting and pitching stats are available for nearly all players in case you want to look at 2-way potential.
  • Batters are only Bronze+ and Pitchers are only Silver+. Sorry if you are looking for lower players, but they just cluttered up the lists and I never use them anymore, so I dumped that data awhile ago.
  • All the columns are conditionally color-coded to show relative ranks. The keys are at the tops of the tabs. EDIT: Oops, Google Sheets killed the Conditional Formatting. Sorry, but I'm not going to spend the time to fix it.
  • All the OBP/OPS/FIP columns are ranks vs. the population. You can unhide the formulas to the left, but the numbers aren't going to match anything in the game. They are directionally pretty solid for comparing player potential.
  • The OBP & OPS calculations are based on formulas found around the site (sorry, I don't have a name to credit). They are a good guide to compare players, but the more I play in the higher leagues, the more evident the lack of Avoid Ks in the formulas is a problem. Really low Avoid Ks guys will underperform a ton.
  • The FIP formulas are based on ASURay's last iteration from a couple months or so. These generally seem to be really solid.
  • All the max defensive position levels are based on another set of formulas I found somewhere on this site. They will vary from reality by +/- 2 points. None of them are actuals from the game, so don't get upset if a player comes stock with an 80 in the game and the table says 82.
  • Yellow highlighted names are incomplete stats. Be warned that these players will not show up when you sort by vL or vR, so until I get the data filled in, the split rankings will be missing some really good players.
  • The players are listed as FIRST LAST - OVERALL (AGE) to delineate between the handful of players that have 2 cards with the same Overall.
  • Unfortunately, since the database was created using the Export function and you can't export card types (Historical All-Star, etc), that information is not included.

That should probably be enough as long as you know how to manage a spreadsheet. Feel free to download and manipulate the formulas as you like.

Combed through my leagues to see if I could contribute anything. The only card here that's mine is the Nolan Ryan, but I *believe* the other starters shown are properly set to reliever in the screenshots.

Oops, fixed. There may be a few small typos. Most of the database was done through downloads and pasting the data, but there were a few hand entered items that I hopefully didn't mess up.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mark it as complete because I didn't have an age...not that it mattered with 1 card for him.

Thanks for all the help so far. Whittling down that list.

If anyone knows how to get Conditional Formatting to copy over from Excel, that would be great, because it's so much easier to sift through with the visual cues...

EDIT: Nevermind, they don't copy over because Google Sheets doesn't have the capability to do "Top X" types conditional formatting. I'd have to just hard set a value for each tier.
