Hello All,

Very new to this group and thinking about purchasing OOTP 20. I played Micro League baseball for years on a Commodore 64 and then switched about 20 years ago to APBA's Baseball for Windows.

BBW is a solid text game but I miss watching the gameplay like I had with Micro League.

I'm not that interested in the GM aspect of the OOTP, I would just like to be able to create a custom schedule (80 games) for all teams and then replay the 2018 season with actual lineups. Is this possible to do with OOTP? If so, would I also be able to track individual player stats as well?

You can play the 2018 season with actual lineups, yes. But you'll need to use the as-played (162-game) schedule to do it. If you create your own schedule, you won't be able to use the actual lineups.

The game keeps track of a boatload of stats.
