Just messing around, simming a random player database, and the Twins, after 9 previous shots in the playoffs, finally win the big one.




The crazy thing is, their owner died on the day they won it all. Hopefully he at least saw the game.

His father was from Brazil and played for Akron, though only 3 games and 8 ab. Now his son after a few years and transactions finally plays for the same team.
Also jr. was born in Ohio a couple years after his father retired.

This guy "earned" a save when the game got called due to rain. He didn't record an out and he only threw one pitch.

worth all money and prospects i paid for him
took 20 years before i won WS with Tigers (joined them since club was founded). it's 2nd straight. Young 9 years in team
(3 shut outs in WS)
