expansion draft question

Custom league with the basic nhl setup. i started a Seattle expansion at the start but during the draft it's only giving me 1 goalie(cam ward) so i cant progress. I'm stuck on the second pick cause it's making me pick a goalie but there's none left. Is this a bug or did i do something wrong?

- I didn't change any of the league settings, only thing i changed at setup was *use real players and turned of initial draft.

Looks like something's going very wrong with the protected list eligibility in custom games that are expanded at the start, the NHL teams aren't being required to protect almost all of their players. We'll have to see what's going on there, doesn't look like there's an easy workaround
