Saving Lineups / Pitching Rotations

Every time I enter a new lineup (say I want a young player to start over the "better" older player), and then Auto-Play (I usually sim a week at a time), the lineup will reset to whatever the CPU thinks should be the lineup. Is there a way to save the lineup/pitching rotation that I want?

Make sure you have your setting to not allow AI roster changes. This can be found on your Team page, Options and Ballpark. About a 3rd of the way down, left hand side is a box you can check to "Prevent any AI roster changes".

You can also use the "force start" option under individual player strategies.
