The PCBL is a long running fictional league that just finished our 18th season. A very stable league with many long time GMs.

20 teams
Three minor league levels
1-10 ratings
No scouts or coaches
3 sims per week, seven days per sim (every day in the off season)
Equalized media revenue
Cash max $25 million
Using Getch's utilities
20 seasons completed

Yet another season has now passed -- we are starting the 2012 playoffs.

We will have one vacancy this off season: Mexico City

Chicago had not been to the finals for 16 years, but they made it good, triumphing in five games.

Off season begins Wednesday, but still no takers for Mexico City.

Another season complete, with Toronto taking it all.

As we move to the off season, we are looking for a new GM for San Antonio.

(This will be our last season using OOTP 13; the season after this we move to OOTP14.)
