Rookie trade adjustment

In mlbmanager, rookies cannot be traded until next year.
But in real MLB, rookies can be traded after world series.
(Changed last year)

So adjust it in mlbmanager please.
I wanna trade rookies after world series.

I would like to see this as an option.

Traditionalists can stick to MLB rules, but some of us running fantasy leagues would be happier occasionally making our own rules, and why not.

Trading is to me more fun than adjusting the infield during a game. I would like to be able to trade drafted players before the ink dries on their contracts.

If fantasy teams in Hoboken and Big Sur want to trade draftees, no harm will come to real life MLB.
